Terms & Conditions*
- I am adopting the pet described below through Little RES Q. The pet is being adopted as a companion and will live as a family member with me inside my home. I will not allow the pet to be used for purposes of vivisection or experimentation.
- I will provide proper and sufficient, food, water, shelter and kind treatment for the pet at all times.
- I agree to immediately notify Little RES Q if the pet is lost or stolen. I further agree, in the event the animal is lost, that I will make every reasonable effort to attempt to locate and claim the animal, and to immediately retrieve the pet from any public pound or animal shelter when notified the animal is being held at any such location and to pay any costs associated with its recovery.
- Little RES Q has provided me (or will provide me upon arrival of the reptile) with the following: Adoption Contract + Health Records (if available).
